 Wales Jewelers takes the greatest care to insure your purchase is protected. We are glad to clean and inspect your jewelry free of charge. We recommend this be done twice a year.
Return Policies - Exchanges or store credits are permitted within 10 days from the date of purchase and with the original sale receipt. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition without alterations, in the original box with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact. Credits will be issued based upon original method of purchase. Exchanges or credits will not be permitted on special orders, altered jewelry, or custom items. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS!
Layaway - For merchandise to be set aside, there must be a 20% Non-Refundable down payment and a monthly payment be made to keep this item in layaway. Failure to maintain a monthly payment or to pay for merchandise in full within 90 days, will mean the merchandise is put back into stock with no refunds or store credits for the amount already paid. However, we will attempt to contact the purchaser before putting the item back in stock. All layaways will be held until paid for in full.
